Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Field: Administration, Secretarial
Keep front desk tidy and presentable
Welcome guests appropriately
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Check, sort and forward emails
Note office supplies and place orders when necessary
Maintain and update records and files
Keep track of office expenses and costs
Take up other duties as assigned
Must possess at least OND in relevant course
Must have excellent communication skills
Should good knowledge of computer and MS Office suite
Should be Calm and Composed while Multitasking
Must be organized and detail oriented
Should have strong interpersonal skills
