Job Title: Operations Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
We seek to engage the services of an organized and driven operations officer that will effectively develop and enact company policies and increase efficiency of operations for our organization.
Candidate must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and an outstanding business intellect.
Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
Report to and assist Chief Operating Officer in daily tasks and duties.
Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives.
Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects.
Analyze and maintain operational data.
Develop improved business functionality that increases profits.
Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes
Design and continuously improve existing and new business processes.
Ensure compliance at all times with Regulatory.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 2 years experience in consumer or commercial lending either as a business / systems / process analyst or credit / risk / collections manager.
Competent Project Management skills.
Understanding of the full credit lifecycle including acquisition, fraud, account management, collections and recoveries.
Familiar with operating Loan Banking Applications such as Bank One or other enterprise software.
Numerically savvy, able to work with data, perform analysis and communicate result.
Experienced in performance management.
Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite.
Decision making skills.
Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
