Job Title: Team Lead, Projects
Field: Engineering, Technical
Attend company’s meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
Prepare project organization and communication charts.
Track the progress and quality of work being performed by Subcontractors.
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team and Management.
Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
Review field inspection reports from Subcontractors throughout the life cycle of the project.
Organize and train the on-site staff to the requirements of the project, and to assure that those individuals whose functions require the knowledge and understanding of certain documents and procedures, receive and understand that information.
To have a complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of the Contract Documents, the General Contract and the Subcontracts.
Resolve minor conflicts that may arise on site.
Ensure that all subcontractors adhere to Health and Safety procedures and standards.
Candidates must have HND/BSc in relevant discipline
Should have 1 year cognate experience
