Job Title: Administrative/ Operations Supervisor

We are looking to hire an Operations / Administrative Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing administrative procedures and systems as well as devising ways to improve operations processes.

Job Description
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and operations personnel
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Design and Develop strategies for effective business development opportunities
Increase clientele base by recording successful sales pitches
Oversee Record keeping and employee relations activities
Ensure office administrative matters are expertly handled

The ideal candidate must have at least an HND in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
Must have worked at least a year in a similar role
Must have basic technical knowledge of electrical equipment
Must be confident, business savvy and have a passion for achieving results
Must be tenacious and have a sense of responsibility
Should reside on the island and its environs
